Our model
Few books, made well.
We publish a small number of books each year, by conviction. Once a book is signed, our AI production stack ships with it — research, editorial, audiobook, translation, distribution — so the author can stay on the work that only they can do.
Selection
Every submission is read. We are looking for three things: a thesis the world needs, an author who can carry it, and a market that's ready. Most submissions we decline. The ones we sign get our full attention.
Conviction, not volume
We sign a small number of books each year by design. If a book gets a yes, it gets the full stack. If it gets a no, you'll know why and you'll know fast.
The production stack
The author works with a dedicated AI agent — they never have to touch the tools. The agent handles:
- Research and structure — outline, sources, comparable titles, structural editing.
- Editorial passes — a five-layer pipeline that ships at trade-publisher quality.
- Audiobook production — professional narration, scene-level sound design, mastering.
- Translation — bringing the book into other languages without re-writing it.
- Distribution — Amazon, Apple, Kobo, Google Play, Storytel, Spotify, and direct sales.
- Marketing — landing pages, ad creative, launch campaigns.
What the author keeps
Editorial voice. Final say. And more of the upside than a traditional deal would leave them with. Fee structure is competitive and case-by-case — we'll talk specifics if there's a fit.
